Sort of cute.

I think it would look a lot better if it was not so large, cause it looks like you are trying to do a sort of 8-bit type thing, and they generally don't look good blown up like this.

But the pose seems kind of unnatural, mostly the positioning of his right arm, also, his right leg is notably absent.

On the other hand, the shadows and highlights are great everywhere.

But you may want to raise it up a bit. I think if it gets printed, the girl's shirt will end up having boobs halfway through the eyes.

I think pen works pretty well with watercolors, and gives them some needed intensity. I feel like watercolor paintings are often too light and dreamlike, which doesn't really suit every subject.
