the bottom half is pretty good, but that poem sounds really bad. Like, aesthetically. As deep as you think it is, it is poorly written.

Stylize them

Man, they're good, but they're nothing new, you know? If you would make them more your own (dig your style), they might become too awesome for my eyes.

Jesus butts, man, this is like THE thing. Color's fantastic, shading, lines, everything! Man, I'd trade a piece of my liver for a print of this.

A few things: The shading makes some surfaces look a bit lumpy. Also, it doesn't really give the impression of motion, you know? It would probably be hard with a still frame like this, when you don't have soft stuff to wave around in the wind, but it just looks very static.

Boy, you need some anti-aliasing. Also, the shadows on the crotch-plate are pretty rough.

But you may want to raise it up a bit. I think if it gets printed, the girl's shirt will end up having boobs halfway through the eyes.

Rovery

I think pen works pretty well with watercolors, and gives them some needed intensity. I feel like watercolor paintings are often too light and dreamlike, which doesn't really suit every subject.

I have to agree that some water colors need to have more contrast. But you know, if you've seen some of the other stuff, you'll see I have some very hard edges in it. (: I'd like to see what you think of those.... If you'd like. Thank you.
